It's simple, really.
No specialization, just four kinds of spell casters. That's it. I listed the domains and schools just to give examples of the types of spells they could cast.
The skill points are split so players will actually buy proficiencies. -At least in the beginning. Ability points can buy abilities and proficiencies. Proficiency points can just buy proficiencies. They can't be completely separate, because if someone wants to buy tons of proficiencies, that's a good thing. It's just not a good thing the other way around.
I rewrote the skills section and clarified things.
BTW, based on your suggestions, I slowed healing down to 2 rounds, and changed greatstrike to 1/hour. Basically, that's once per combat, which seems more reasonable than twice.
